The privacy of individuals connected with our business, including our customers, contractors, and employees, is of utmost importance to Wight Motorsports Inc. (WMI). WMI is responsible for personal information under its control, including information disclosed to third parties for handling or administrative purposes. WMI will designate a Privacy Coordinator responsible for compliance with this Policy and applicable privacy laws.

1.1 Day-to-day compliance is delegated to select WMI staff.
1.2 Personal information transferred to third parties for processing will be safeguarded through contractual or other means.
1.3 WMI implements internal procedures to:

Explain WMI policies and procedures
 

Train staff on privacy practices
1.4 Compliance is regularly monitored through reviews and oversight by the Privacy Coordinator.
